Settlement of Mattress fillings

Settlement of fillings is normal in handmade mattresses and is not a manufacturing fault. the fillings within our mattresses are designed to mould to the shape of your body over the first few weeks of use, enhancing the comfort and support the mattress provides, regular turning/ rotating is required to enable fillings to settle evenly. Your mattress should be aired daily for at least 6 hours to allow any excess moister to escape. A quality mattress protector should also be used when slept on and electric blankets should never be used on mattresses containing memory foam.
