removal of old items and packaging is now done via Whitegate removals. Please phone Whitegates direct to arrange this service. Please note proof of purchase is required(receipt)
(Fylde coast only) on a like for like bases, For example if we deliver a double mattress we will pay for a double mattress to be removed by Whitegate removals.
Customers may phone Whitegates after they have made a purchase to arrange collection of old items. However we suggest this is done after we have contacted you with delivery details.
On collection a receipt of purchase must be shown to a representative from whitegates to avoid charge.
Whitegates only work on the Fylde coast and may not be able to collect your old items from outside of the Fylde coast.
Free Removal
We will remove you old item free of charge, this is based on a like for like system. If you require a bigger size taken away you have to make this clear to the salesman. we do not take away electric beds unless you have purchased one from us, again like for like in size. We do not take away water beds or other non conventional beds. extra items may be taken away at a charge of £20 per item( a base in 2 half's is one item).
